...On Countries and Tribes

All the world is but one country, made up of villages and tribes.  You can choose to stay with your own "tribe" or you can expand your knowing to the entire "country".  I am loving learning to embrace this country several tribes at a time.  Its amazing to now be able to have friends who speak several languages, who regularly go abroad, and are so willing to share those experiences so I can live vicariously through them, immersing myself in their pictures, etc..  Now, Arroz con Pollo is the new comfort food.  Now, Monsieur Nov is the new Usher.  Now, I can identify (and somewhat pronounce) the Chinese characters that make up my name.  They inspire me to save my little money together and get to having some experiences of my own.
