Where I Belong

I allow my pen free reign on the paper
To release toxic feelings into the space where they belong
It's my responsibility to allow myself this freedom
And not try to contain it or refrain from evicting
That which does not belong here...
I am worth more than the sum of my circumstances
I am higher than this habitation of flesh
I make a conscience decision to reside in that truth
I am finding out where I belong...
